LRI Requests Congressional Appropriations to Lupus Research

LRI was among more than 200 patient and voluntary health groups, medical and scientific societies, academic and research organizations and industry to request that Congress appropriate a minimum of $32 billion to the National Institutes of Health to allow researchers to continue to pursue scientific investigation to cure, prevent and treat many of the nation's most serious and expensive conditions such as lupus.
